Hello,
i know its required to read the FAQ before posting, but its like the forum is under maitenance , so i couldn't read the FAQ.
I would like to know if its possible to change a F1 visa into a H visa( or green card) without necessary resorting to marriage, or assylium.
Actually, i have already a master degree in Marketing and management in France and i came to the USA to have an anglo saxon degree as well, but tuition is really expensive herem and i have realized that everything im studying here at school, its the same thing i did in France.
So i would like to be able to work, seeing my resume is good. But to work i need a sponsorship from a company which is not easy. I have been interviewed by alot of companies. they like my resume, but are kind of reluctant to sponsor me as it requires apparently money and time.
I would like to know if i can find here a lawyer i could work with to advise me and help me obtain a changing in my situation.
I look forward to hearing from you
LNB
