May I have a question for all I-485 GURUS.
My nationality is Singapore, but my parents are holding Australia passports. We lived in HongKong before, and moved to different countries in the late 80\'. When I apply I-485, it will be no document to prove the relationship between me and my parents, because:
1. Hong Kong(China) goverment doesn\'t hold my family record ANYMORE (they just hold for 10 years)!
2. When we moved out, we registered and started using "English name". It is different to the names that used in Hong Kong. So, even we
show the birth certificate, it\'s still useless and can\'t prove anything!
MY QUESTION IS, "CAN I USE DNA TEST RESULT TO IDENTIFY THE RELATIONSHIP? WILL THE STATES ACCEPTS IT?"
