I went back to COP three times...

All three times are family related, and my total number of days for all three trips in the past 5 years are 300+ days. Someone said it's too long, some say it's okay, and some even say to get a lawyer just in case. I'm not sure what's the best way to do? also is that even possible to bring a lawyer with you on your interview day? .

I understand not to volunteer information, and I do have proof on travel/reason going back for family visit, but shall I prepare additional recourses (such as a lawyer just in case??)

I'm almost ready to file my N-400

lindapan, About USCIS there is nothing could be said that will be 100% right. We all can just share our experiences & based on that outcomes are totally different on each cases. As said each cases are unique also IO's that handle our cases are different individuals who reacts differently. Therefore you will hear different experiences. I was in COP once for two weeks & in my interviewing officer that was a least concern about my COP visit so I had a very pleasant experience but if the IO wanted to give me hard time she could have done that easily.
I personally don't think you need a lawyer just explain ( If asked ) the interviewing IO everything honestly. I bet you certainly have some great valid reasons for all those long trips back to COP. Truth will set you free.
