I am wondering if I can help my new husband change his current status because I helped my now ex husband in 2001 change his status to permanant resident? My new husband is currently here on a work visa and this is his second year here legally.
I wouldn't use the word I "Helped" my ex, and now I want to "help" my current husband...you don't help them...you suppose to do it if you want that your spouse live with you.
