I was not able to send the mail to "Reschedule" fingerprints notice by the date

Hi, I recieved the fingerprints notice on 5/16/07 evening and the date for the fingerprints, to my utter disbelief was 5/17/2007. I was not able to appear for the fingerprints as I was out of state and I mailed the notice for rescheduling on the same day as the fingerprints (5/17/2007) and I knew that it will not reach till tomorrow i.e., 5/18/2007.

Please let me know, if any one can suggest me what can I do regarding this????

I think your lawyer should have got a copy too, he would have been able to reschedule for you..
