I have did FP3,ref(employe)and now got transfer.so sad! thansfer to MISSOURI SERVICE CENTER. I don't know where it is, and I am still in Now York,I never change job.

On January 8, 2004, we transferred your I485 Application to Register Permanent Residence or to Adjust Status to our office in MISSOURI SERVICE CENTER for them to schedule and conduct your interview. Hummm...Funny!!!We applied for our 3rd ead 12/10/03 is the RD,We dont know why our files were processed in Missouri,we sent all the application to a N.Y local office once our case was trasnsferred to them one year ago.Today we went for Biometrics(fdigital photo, fingerprint and signature and we also don't know why they requested us to do this...We are still waiting on pending 485...

It sounds a mistake, if your's is employment based then BCIS should transfer your application to local office. Keep us posted.

I found I am not alone

Some time they will transfer to MSC that is not local office. This may because NY local office is backlogged. I am unlucky, I think after ref and FP3 they should approve my case. However BCIS is unpredictable everything can happen. Now I have to waite and waite nothing to say. My notice date is 01/18/02.

After our cases transfer to Missouri, we still use old EAC number or we have a new Missouri Center number to track our status.
