Hi,
I am currently working for company 'A' (along with my friends) who is sponsoring my GC. I filed my I-485 2 years ago. I am very close to get my GC. My friends and I are working for ther same client. My friends wanted me to start a new company (LLC or INC) so that they can work through my company for the same client.
Since my company is going be brand new,
Can my company sponser H1 visas for them.
Can my company sponsor GCs for my friends immediatley after they joined the company.
By the way I am in OH. Is LLC best or INC best for tax purposes?
