I want to start a Consulting Firm : How can I sponsor h1 Visa
I am on valid L2 Visa and want to start a consulting service in NYC.
Besides me, there will be 1 US employee (US citizen)
I got some additional high-end research work & want to sponsor H1 Visa
(Transfer as well as new application for Oct 2006)
How do I go about the same?
Will pay for good Legal advice
