Hi Sir,
I have a petition which was approved in 2014 by one of my companies. But I did not go for stamping. And soon after some months I left the organization. The time in the petition which was from Oct-2014- June-2015 got lapsed. I would like to know if the petition can still be utilized. In the USCIS website it still shows as approved when I put the Case number.
Can you guide me in this what best I can do with this petition.
