I've been very good and haven't checked since last Friday. Now today, I'm itching to check my status.

I'm sure it hasn't changed.

I'll check Rupnet instead and see today's lucky VSC approvees

Just want to know 2nd FP time

It seemed "the FP expiry theory" didn't work on me. I just wish to know when I'll get the 2nd FP notice.

Well do not worry. If FP theory does not work, you can try EAD theory and if that does not we can attempt AP theory or AR-11 theory etc.,

WOW look at the options we have to see (and beg mentally the BCIS i*s) our cases approved or just touched.....

Yep, I gave up on FP theory. I'm expecting a 2nd FP notice in however many months.....

Fingers crossed for the EAD theory though!! I just applied for 3rd.

Well, personally, I started to believe in AR11 theory. Not long ago I called 800 number to inquiry about my status. My FP expired in Oct-03, RD, btw, is May'02. After learning the same BS as they post on website I tried to verify my current address. They told me they cannot verify address which is in the case. As the alternative they offered me to "change" address over the phone despite the fact that I sent AR11 over a year ago when I moved to new place. Well, get this, in 2 weeks, I get a 2nd FP notice!!

I wonder what EAD theory means?

Just in case you are, EAD theory ofcourse means that apply for EAD renewal and get your file touched
That is what all the theories are supposed to do..

Actually there is no any theory for the INS people. They don't follow the rule that made by themself.

No theory concept

BCIS likes to make us guessing about their next move. And we fail there. I also expected approval on 'EAD Renewal theory' but haven't got anything after more than a month. Even 'FP expiry' theory turned out wrong for me.

Trying to avoid thinking about it.

Now, only God's grace can do some magic.
