I hope you have a very good reason to change your CP location. Call KCC or email them and first of all simply ask them if you can. Then follow their directions. See what they say and think about your reasons for doing it.

dear barbra.... i am working in riyadh(saudi arabia).. and can not take a leave for more than one week...if i did the cp in cairo(egypt) they might asked my for finger print and u know they are so strict with people been in saudi arabia.. the check up might take 2-6 weeks .... it means i will lose my job for sure.. 
dear barbra. ...you seems to be a good planner... i called kcc...asked them if i can change the post...the agent(a nice female) replay "yes you can do so just send us your new address".....then i informed her that i did not change my address and i wont to change the cp location because my employer refused to give me enough time to do the visa proceesing in cairo..she said that i can chgane it just send an e-mail , ordinary mail , a fax
