i want to change employer - is it ok?

I am in a good project but employer has many problems.

Is it wise to change job?

You have already passed 180 +.

Assuming you have your I140 cleared, you should not have any problem changing Job using AC21.

Just make sure your New Job title, Description and salary are same as mentioned in the LC.

It wouldn't hurt to check with your lawyer(if it is a company lawyer and you don't feel comfortable, outside lawyer) before you join the new job.
