I wanna sponsor my brother and sister who is now 15and 17 years old

I just became a citizen and I wanna sponser my younger siblings but I don't have a job. My parents are dead both so when my husband first filed my case he already told them that they are deceased.now my question is. Is there any special for me if I filed for my siblings or I have 2 wait for 12 years since they don't have any one there to take care of them?
Should I file I-130 for them separately or together?
 
No specials for you sorry. They have to wait their turn. You have to file separate I-130's for them. Good luck.
