Hello guys and Gals;

Today I got the approval (as per on line)

I have already predicted my case (see my previous postings) and was expecting to be approved by the end of March, 04

My case is march 02, EB1, special registration (although I did not register, because I had AP)

We had 3 Finger Prints, 3 EAD's and 3 AP's

I contacted senator of Michigan and I am not sure if they did anything at all. They may have, I don't know.
I phoned the office and told them my details and they said we will be in touch. Then I did not hear anything and left it there

This was 2 weeks ago. (senator Stabenaw, Michigan)

March 02

So, bottom line, March or April is coming along slowly (As sping!). I have not received the actual notice yet, but will up date the group. I learned a lot here, not only regarding green card but also regarding life in general. I will be visiting this group every now and then. After all I am addicted to this Forum!

There are many great people in this forum and you (yes you who is reading this is also one of them)

All my best and happy spring

Did you have a RFE before approval? I am in Michigan too and my case is ND June 2002 EB1. Hopefully I can see some light on the horizon.

1- I have already updated rupnet (infact I did it, before sending a message to this forum)

2-rogertt2003, my RFE was employment verification and my lawyer replied to it last sept. That is Sept 03

3- I called FBI name check (the number was mentioned somewhere in this forum) and the answer machine got my details and then a very nice lady rang our house (answer machine in our house took the message) and told that my name check results has been reported to INS last Nov. (i.e. Nov. 03!)

4- Thanks for your kind words!

Cheers

Happy News~

Congratulations, havasosa! I think yours and russian's approvals were long overdue. Glad you are now through with this long and tedious phase of immigration. Enjoy your day and please don't forget to visit us at this forum every now and then.

Peace of mind;

Being from a special registration country, would entail lots of FP's
Every 9 months or so, we were receiving a FP notice and had to go early in the morning and all that, well it is over now:)

Regards
