Hi there,

I am done with all my paperworks and received my GC months ago. Today, i received a letter from DHS saying that they made a mistake on my I-551 card and they would like to correct it by filing a form I-90. I looked at my I-551 card and everythings correct. According to the letter they put a different class admission on my card and what was supporsed to be the correct class admission. As i checked my card, the correct one is on the card and i dont think there is a mistake. Whats happening? I thought im done dealing with uscis.

I got my GC August 17th this year. Eveything was correct, name bday etc. I received the letter from DHS sayng that the class of admission on my card is CF-1(admitted conditional fiance of us citizen) and the correct one should be CR-6 (admitted conditional spouse of us citizen)... i checked my card and what is on the card is CR-6.... so confusing

well, i thought about that (and it is a big inconvinience since no mistakes has been done). I guess i cannot just ignore this.

make an infopass to your DO. Bring that letter and your I-130 approval. Along with your card and get it cleared up.
