I think I've made my lawyer somewhat disgruntled ....

We have started EB-1 OR petition about 1 year ago.
I didn't like the process and have delayed things.
I have not finished collecting evidences yet.
My company says OK(about this delay) and the company
assigned lawyer says OK but I have a feeling that my lawyer
does not like this delay. She(lawyer) does what she is supposed
to do but she is not so passionate about my case, I think

I think I'll be finishing collecting evidences soon, finally.
Would it be a smart move if I ask my company to change my lawyer
(if I don't have enough confidence in her )?
Would companies allow me to do that ?

Kaska, this is the normal problem which is encountered with most of the attorneys in this kind of situation. I think you should talk to your company and also start collecting evidences also. But keep in mind all the attorneys are not bad, some are good too. But you have to choose very carefully. I wouldn't recommend any specific name at this moment but you can consider Rajeev Khanna or Ms Sheela Murthy. They have very good reputation. You can also go through a very nice and informative immigration site: www.greencardforyou.com for getting familiar with the procedure for applying under outstanding researcher category. I found this site very useful at the same time it is very simple and well arranged. Once you are aware with the procedure it becomes easy to choose a good attorney.
