i think u will be the first ND05 approved in 4 month after adjustment :) (exception kids)now i am sure for 90%that i will be approved this year
 
hah ha, many people who have not come across this forum would freak out upon reading "case status not found. Check your file number again" thinking "damn. They lost my file or something. Damn, what do I do now? damn again! ". But we all know that "case status not found" message is a beautiful song to our ears.

I have been approved. I got the message " on March 1/06 after approving.... GC". My case was at Texas Center. I don't know if the center has something to do with the speed.I am sure of something ND05 will be approved this year
 
That was fast. Good for you. Were you a primary?

It is interesting as the 2003's and the 2005's are being approved, but as far as I know noone from this site who is ND2004 have been approved yet. :(

Your case was in texas . :confused: i think you said it was at nebraska

HOW COME? You suppose to send the application only to Nebraska, and only them can send it to Texas.

well, i'm ND 10/2005, but my case is stil in nebraska too, at least i was never informed about it being transferred anywhere
 
Hi Sinnersroom,
I asked my laywer to know where she sent my application. She told me my application was orignally sent to Chicago according to USCIS requirements. And then a receipt came from Texas Services Center. According to her, She did not receive any notice of case transferred. My friend sinnersroom, you and other ND05 will be approved this year, it is only a delay of weeks. Don't worry .

Freedoms12, I do not understand. First you said that I-485 was sent directly to Texas, now you said it was sent to Chicago. As far as I know all asylees have to send the application to Nebraska. See:

"Where to File
All asylum adjustment applications and all refugee adjustment applications should be mailed directly to the Nebraska Service Center. "

Freedom, I'm a ND 03 and i also did my bio on February 3, 2006 and i gotten two updates on my case one 02/25/06 and the other on 02/28/06 do you think that i will be approved soon.
 
Hi Guys,
I am sorry for any confusion. I priory said that my case was sent to Texas Center because my receipt number was from there. However, I questioned my lawyer to know whether my case was sent to Nebraska or Texas to answer to sinnersroom's inquiry. My lawyer said" My case was originally sent to Chicago and she did not receive any transfer notice." I am once again sorry.
Asylee2000, I think you have done everything they wanted you can be approved soon. Those Luds mean the IO is working on your case
