I think I am in a immigration nightmare

My I-130 was sent back w/ a rejection notice because they said I had no 485 with it (but it was with it) and then today I get rejection notice's for my 765 and 485 saying that they didnt get the checks and they were sent with both of them my lawyer sent it all in checks attached (the I-130 came back with the check attached) he is resubmitting my I-130 again today and hopefully he can get this mess all sorted out!! I am praying my nightmare will soon be over...Its so frustrating!!!! anyways thanks for listening to me complain and whine LOL

You call that a nightmare? You still haven't technically started the process.

I, personally, wouldn't trust lawyers. The process is sooo freaking simple, it feels like by hiring a lawyer your'e only throwing away your money, while getting crappy service. You can do it much better on your own. I've done it, and many many many people on this forum have done it and they're permanent resident right now...if not citizens already. But that's just what I think me.... :)

Since your lawyer is sending everything again, why dont you get the medical examination as well. You WILL get an RFE if they dont have that.
 
I dont think you are in sort of problem at this point. Just ask your lawyer to file everything carefully and see the docs before sending it to USCIS.
Do the best you can thats all you can do.

I called the doc and waiting for a return call to make my appt. Trying to find my shot record so I dont have to get all of them again. So hopefully things will go a little smoother now. I just wanna be able to work my husband is disabled and unable to and I need to get to work to help support my family. Praying to get some news on that EAD soon :) Thanks for your replys
