My AP (filed feb28th, ND March 10th) has not been approved, My 485 is ND/RD May 01 with FP in Jan 03/ entered feb beginning in status report.

Both of my cases are pending.

I think and pray to the God that I will get approved at this time when they hadle my file for AP purposes.

Any comments?

Hope you get approved soon. I filed my third AP on Aug 13th and got a receipt with a date of Aug 15th. Now its going to take around six months to get the AP. I dont think that AP has anything to do with 485 approval. If your FP are expiring than chances are they might decide your case.

In anycase the good news is that according to my observation TSC has approved some May 01 cases so you might very well be the next one in line. Best of luck and may God help us all.
 
Hi Azee27516, I applied for my 2nd AP on Aug 16, and I have not yet recieved the reciept. When exactly did u recieve your reciept?
I filled for 3rd EAD on Aug 4th and have not recieved the reciept for that either. Both the applications were filled by me (1st time that i am filling on my own)and not thro' an attorney. I am concerned abt this. Do you know what needs to be done now?Anyone have any experience like this?

I applied for 3rd EAD/AP on my own on June 20th. I think the receipts came within two weeks. So regarding, Aug 16th application, you may want to wait for a week more. Regarding Aug 4th application, do you know if check cleared from your bank? Maybe you could call them and check. Good luck!!

You should be getting your AP receipt any day now. As far as your EAD goes you should have gotten it by now. Filing on your own is not any different than through an attorney. TSC has various POBox addresses for different types of applications.Just need to make sure that you have send it to the correct address.All the addresses are available on the BCIS website.

I applied for AP on Aug 12th. I did not get the Notice yet. But the check got cleared Yeaterday.

The cheque that I sent for EAD has been cleared when I checked my account last week. So, I should have gotten the reciept by now???!!!!! Do u usually get the reciept immediately after the cheque is cleared? TSCapplicant, how do I call TSC now that they no longer have the telephone lines available for us to use!(call the 1800 no intsead?) I am really worried abt. this now.Since without recipt, I do not have a case no.
I am not sure if the AP cheque got cleared by now.
I have sent the applications with the correct mail box no's.

As far as I know, the 1.800 number is your best bet. The fact that your check is cleared means that your application is complete. So, I guess you just have to call and ask them if they have mailed your receipt and make sure it's sent to your correct address,etc.

the SRC (receipt) number is usually stamped on the check. if you request a copy of your check (some banks actually provide images of checks) you may be able to find the SRC number. Then you can check the status...
 
I recieved the reciept notice for AP which I applied on Aug 16th and have not yet recieved the notice for EAD that I applied on 4 th AUG!
I called the 800 no. and I was told to wait untill Sept first week to inquire abt. the non reciept of the notice. Anyone having similar experience?
