I still have three questions of parents Immigration. Please help!!!!!!!

Hi All,
Please help me with two questions:
1: Some one told me I only need submit I-130 for Parent's Green card. But from the sticky post, I was told I need also submit I-485, G325A etc. Do I really need
submit I-485 and other forms? If yes, can I submit I-130 first and then submit other forms later?

2: I am US citizen but live in Europe right now. Can I use my brother's US address to submit the applications?

3: What is AOS and OP?

If your parents are already in US, then you can apply I-485, G325A etc along with the I-130. This is called Adjustment of Status or AOS.

If your parents are still in their home country and would wait there for their interview at the consular post, then you would apply only I-130. This process is called Consular Processing or CP.
