Hello Community,

I sent my N-400 Application today (through a lawyer), Attached following:-

(Employment Based)

1) Copy of GC (front and back).
2) Copy of Marriage Certificate.
3) Copy of My PP
4) Two PP pictures
5) Court Disposition letter ( with the attending lawyer's affirmation letter for family name error in the disposition letter ) , I had explained earlier the charge which was dismissed , No arrest , No Finger print , No Picture Taken, just court appearance.
6) Two Traffic Tickets, (One " Not Guilty " , the other one " reduced charges to " Parking Violation " paid the fine $75.00.

Notes :- Never changed Employer.
Never changed Address.
Never out of USA for more than 30 days ( All in all, 5 trips).

Hopping for smooth ride.

Senior guys , any advise?

why bother go through the lawyer then? I have read somewhere this is a negative sign to the INS ppl...
 
Here is the reason

I strongly believe that unless you have some form of background of the immigration process, especially if you have any court issues, it is advisable to have a lawyer involved.

Unfortunately, I am not familiar nor I know the consequences of such issues before Immigration Services.

your advise and suggestions with other members has always been priceless.

One quick question, When I tracked the package sent by the lawyer, I noticed that it was sent to 921 Marshall ave, Williston, VT and not to the address usually sent to USCIS (75 Lower Welden Street, Saint Albans, VT) , what is going on?
