I sent my RFE for I-140 RE DO on 21st. Still same old message

The message will not change for such cases - that\'s what the IIO told me. I am still waiting after I had sent the RFE in July. The redo I-140 got approved on Aug 25th. Still waiting for 485 approval. Do not know why it is taking longer. Normally it should take about 15 days for RFE to get approved. Wait for one more week and you should hear something.

Hello Akp,
I have been reading your messages for long time now. Did you attempt to write a letter to INS with a copy of your new I-140 and copy of RFE. I am afraid there is communication gap where the officer may be waiting for I-140 approval. It has been 2 months now that they have received your RFE. So, you have the right to bug them as RFE say to call them if is past 2 months.
I would certainly write a letter to VSC head and copy to INS comissioner to take some action.

I sent my I140 RFE redo on 09/13, Cert. mail receipt was dated by 09/17.
The message was saying "on September 7 we requested additional..."
up until 09/29. Now it says "approved". Yesterday my lawyer received I140 approval dated by 09/27. (My I485 notice didn\'t come yet)
