When I see the latest spurt of approvals, I feel that NSC is following labor PD instead of 485 RD/ND. Does anyone share my view? Most of the apprval PDs seem to be pre 2002.

Among approvals posted in the two last days on this forum there is PD mid-2002 and early 2003.

I've some insider info on NSC so I precisely know the rule that they follow. Actually it is a set of 2 rules:
Rule #1: There are no rules
Rule #2: If you find any, follow Rule #1

If we can spot a pattern we could patent it and strike it rich. At least we could get some benefit out of this crazy process.

All this pattern spotting indicates that we have entered a desperation phase created by retrogression date.
