I play guitar and my fingers got calluses , is that a problem for FP?

I play guitar and my finger tips got calluses (hard skin from pressing the strings). would that be a problem for taking finger prints? (the main "circle" on the fingers is still visible, just the tips are all "blank&quot.

Same situation

I just had my FP\'s today. Like you I play the guitar and I was worried it might trigger a delay. Fortunately it did not. Just to be sure I stopped playing 1 week before and took care of my fingers. Really can\'t remove them unless you stop playing for a long long time as you probably know. I would advise you though with caution to make sure they are not significantly noticeable visually from about 2 feet.
The screeners did not look at the tip of my fingers so I was OK. On the FP machine, the operator did not look at them and rightly so as the tips do not need to be scanned.
