 I sent my application at the end of December 2006, because it was a one day early they sent it back.(joy) I sent it again around January 14 2007, i got a letter around january 23, 2007 saying that they received it on january 16, 2007. I was scheduled for finger prints on february 7th 2007. I got and other letter for my interview for May 15 2007 . Today i got there around 1:00 P.M for my interview at 1:30 P.M they called me around 1:45 P.M we went over the application she ask me if i have ever been arrested i said yes for driving when my license was supended... she continued with the civil question she asked about 10 question and TOLD ME I NEED TO COME BACK ... with my court record.

My question is has anyone ever have that experience?
How long do the take before they give you and other interview or how long would the process take to continued.

PLEASE REPLY:confused: :(

It shouldn't take too long for them to make a decision whether to approve your application.

If you search this forum, you should find some folks that have posted their experience on being asked to provide more information to the Immigration Officer.

Good luck and hope you get a final decision soon.

Well, sounds like you've entered the "gray zone" that surrounds traffic violations. The outcome of your case will most likely be positive, assuming you provide the requested documents in a timely manner.

The basic advice here is that any time you say you've been to court, you better be able to back it up with a court certified case disposition.
