I applied for naturilization on January first week and the interview was on April first week. Mine was 3yrs GC + 3 years marriage. I have passed the test but the IO told me he can not make a decision right then. I have signed my 2 photos and N-400 at the interview. I gave 4 years tax trascript and all bills to show I am living with my husband. The IO was not friendly and was asking a lot of questions about me and husband who is a bit older than me. I love him and his children who are loving with us. After 2 days of the interview the online status shows they have sent me a RFE which I have not got until today. I have called to the hotline and the guy in hotline told me he will request to send the RFE again. Today 20 days completed but I did not get RFE or oath letter. What should I do? I have a load of docs if they want me to send again. What should I do? My husband is poor guy worry too much about me. We could not sleep, all night we are worried go to bed. Should i consult a lawyer? What should I do? Please help me to clear the mess out. Please help........

How long will take to receive RFE? It's been almost 3 weeks after they sent.
Online status is historically unreliable. If you do not hear anything after a month has passed after the interview, make an INFOPASS and explain your situation to the IO.
