Dear Friends,

MY 485 pending since march 2003. It suppose to approved till date but unfortunetaly Its not approved yet so

Myself (For AP Renewal) and my son (First time applied for AP) applied for Advance payroll on feb 18 2005. But on 11 may my son got query on AP. Query was they want all passport page copy. I send his query reply on 19 May 2005. I didn't received any query on my case.

Now our both AP case is pending.......

Now, the problem is ......

I got my canadian immigration landing paper so I need to go canada before august 1 2005. Main problem is : Is there any way I can get AP Very quickest way ?

I really need your suggestion or your experience help.

I am trying to buy small business in few days so I don't have time to go canada later on so I need to do this process finish within 15 days.

I really appreciate if any one can suggest me help.

I don't have a good answer for you. but here are 2 suggestions: 1) Fax an expedite request to VSC with supporting documents to convince them the reason for your travel. You might get an answer in 2-3 weeks (i.e. expedite request approved-AP approved, or expedite request denied- AP remains pending. Suggestion 2) Take an Infopass appointment and take all your supporting documents and discuss with them your need to get the AP ASAP. They will then try to help you by sending an expedite request for you to VSC. The advantage of the second course is that you are speaking to USCIS face to face and you know what is happening.

Thanks for reply but What is reason I need to tell officer about my urgent AP ?
