I have a strange problem . I had applied for GC in Jan 2001. Labor don by Apr 01, I140 by June 01. All my papers for I 485 was ready when I got laid off by company A and joined company B Right now I am with company C . Company A nevert took the visa back . My lawyers did not help me or goide me at that time. My question is can anything be done so that I can continue my GC processing from I 485 stage , because my present employer has moratorium for GC processing . My time on Hib IS about to expire.Please help me . Mr Khanna I would really appreciate if you can give me any insight on this.
 
My present company have transferred my HIB. Actually I was not aware that something may be done . Very recently I came to know of a similar case. I went to my lawyer from company A right after my lay off , during the 15 day period but they did nothing to help me.
