I have applied for labor certification in texas. Looks like it is not going to be cleared before my h1 visa expires. however my company is willing to relocate me to an overseas office for one year so that i can come back on a new 6 year h1 visa. My question is
Can my labor application still be valid?
If it is approved can i still use it when i come back to the US after my overseas assignment?
So basically can i continue the GC process while at the overseas location
