people i just wana know is there is any way i can contact the texas service center or the FBI about my application i keep calling the 1 800 number but they keep telling me that they are processing cases from 08/2001 and my case is undergoing normal processing time.. my brother who applied six month after me got his green card two month ago from TSC and my cousin the same thing. and i wana know if there is a new rule that the maximum time for name check is 12 month
