I got maried to my wife in the United State. She was on the waiver visa bc she is french citizen. Then i applied for I-130 for her while i had a green card. The I-130 was approved for consular processing in France. But i become a US citizen and i would to adjust her status while she is here with me. Is there a way to do it? Please help

Yes. She would just file I-485 for Adjustment of Status. In the cover letter state that you are asking them to upgrade the petition to Immediate Relative category because you have become a citizen, and attach a copy of your Certificate of Naturalization.
