hello ,

i got to usa on K3 visa in March 15th 2005
while I-130 is pending "still we didnt do anything about the I-130 since the Approval Notice for it"
and i dont know what we have to do,what form's to fill,what papers i have to send...
its hard for us to figure that out by our selves,plz if there is any information
plz help us..thnx
 
I am very happy for you, how long did it take for you to get K3? Well as far as the next step I think you will need to wait for a repsond from your 130 and then file an adjustment of status which I think is I-485 not too sure about that might want to check out websites on visas. I would ask maybe for a lawyer to help or someone in 1 (800) 375-5283 this is for the National Customer Service Center (NCSC). They can help you I think.
 
Congratulations on your K3. I am curious though as with from all I have been able to work out is that you needed to do the I-130 before K3 could be granted. Can you explain please?

As far as what you need to do now that you are there on a K3......Yes you need to apply for adjustment of status which is the I-485
