I just got approval for I140-NIW based on EA through some research publications that i had. But what i am concerned is that mostly my later research projects if i may get invoved would not be in the same area.
1. What are the chances of geeting a RFE before approval of greencard
2. Since i am Indian citizen , any clues how long would retrogression take to clear up and would enable application of 1485.
3. Does my category has a seperate slot in EB2 or clubbed along with labor cases in EB2
