I need my EAD card!! What to do after 90 days since filed?

I filed me I-765 with my AOS application on 12/6/2010. It almost reaches the 90 days and my status is still on Initial Review. Any suggestion on what to do after 90 days? Do they still issue Interim EAD? Thanks for your help.

Me too. I need my EAD asap, but my package was sent in early January, so I guess I just need to wait more.

Did you have your biometrics done? I think they need biometrics to issue EAD, so unless there's any problem with your biometrics, there shouldn't be any delay?

I have never heard of Interim EAD, so if someone could explain it, that would be great.

We are also in the same boat .. Called USCIS , being told that to create a Service Request after 90 days. It seems they no longer offer interim EAD , instead you can expedite your 765 processing after 75 days , they need valid reason to create such a expedite EAD processing request.
