hello,
i got marrried and came in usa in jun.when i came here from india i came to know that my husband is drg addict and alchoholic.even he had many sexual relashions with other girls.i gave me hard time and so i left his house and came to my relatives house.
now my problem is i need to make my conditional greencard in to permenet greencard.what should i do when my conditional greencard will expire after 2 years.???i dont have any proof about whatever bad things happened to me.

No proof at all? Maybe your neighbours knew something? Did you ever seek help from a non-profit organizations that help battered women? Did you ever call the police?

Unfortunately, abuse waivers have to be submitted with lots of proof that abuse was really happening. I know it's hard to think about collecting evidence of abuse while you're being abused, but that's how the immigration process works...

Please, think what evidence of abuse you will be able to collect! Good luck!!!
