Hi Guys,

I need your help for filing Canadian Immigration. i have a few questions regarding the "WORK EXPERIENCE"

1) Original and up-to-date letters of reference from your past and current employers.
Letters must be written on company letterhead and show the company’s full
Address, telephone and fax numbers, and be stamped with the company’s official seal.

2) Letters must include all of the following information:
• A business card of the person signing

I have all the experience letters, but there is no company seal on those letters. I am keep requesting my previous employers to provide the letters with seal. But, they are not providing. What are my chances if I send my documents/experience letters to Canadian Immigration office with out having company seal and supervisor’s business cards?

I have all experience letters on companie's original letter heads.

What is the company seal? Is the SEAL nothing but Original letter head, which comes with logo?

I also do not have supervisor business card

I really appreciate your time.

Please help me.

The main objective when preparing your immigration application is to provide evidence and supporting documents so that there is no doubt in the mind of the immigration official about the authenticity of your claims.

The reference letters MUST be original and on the company's official letter head. If you can get the company's official seal on the letter thats great but if you can't then thats not a problem either - the same thing applies to business cards.

Apart from reference letters submit copies of tax returns, pay stubs and whatever you think can connect you to your job.
