I have a couple of questions to ask, but I will start with some necessary info. I came to United States with F1 visa; I’m still in status and still going to school, but working an unauthorized job. I work two jobs: one on campus legally and the other off campus unauthorized.
I got married and submitted my application for AOS but I didn’t include the unauthorized job in the forms I sent, and my form i-864 was filled by a joint sponsor only. I got RFE from USCIS stating that my wife (the petitioner) needs to fill and sign the form i-864. I and my wife filed last year tax together. I made way above the poverty level but she made a little. The tax return will show all my income because I filed for my two jobs. What I’m not sure about is how to fill the part that asks for household income. My questions are: should we include all the income I earned last year (remember some are from unauthorized job), and maybe include a letter in the packet stating that I omitted my second job on the forms I sent initial (I-485, G-325A, and I-130). Or fill out the form i-864 without sending a letter to explain my other job? Please guys, what’s the best option for me?

Notice that the I-864 has separate questions for income:

Question 23: The petitioner's individual income. Your income is not to be included.
Question 24b: Income of household members, including the immigrant. That would include your income, but only include legally authorized income. However, including your income here is not required for this if your wife's income or the joint sponsor's income is sufficient to meet or exceed the 125% of poverty line amount.
Question 25: Income as reported on the tax return. This would be the combined gross income on your joint return, regardless of the source(s) or legality of the income.

Along with the I-864, the latest tax transcript (or a copy of the tax return + W2 or 1099) also needs to be submitted.

Submit a new G-325A with the previously unlisted job added, and attach a cover letter mentioning that you have included an updated G-325A along with the I-864. But you don't need to point out exactly why you updated it. They'll simply use the new G-325A to replace the old one.
