Hi guys, 
Oh it is nice that EB3 has recently progressed.
I am also filling for Perm. I am in EB3 - 3 years bachelor from India.
I appreciate if anybody can help me fill in the correct information. I heard that 3 years bachelor from India gets RFE on the educational base at NSC.
So please correct me if possible in below scenario.
My lawyer has written this in the PERM application. Is it correct, because I really don’t want any RFE’s or denials this time.
In form ETA 750 as per my lawyer in column 14 -->Associates or equivalent : Job offered 2 years Related occupation 2 years.
And in column 15 the lawyer wrote--> Any suitable combination of education, training or experience is acceptable.
Any help, suggestion, or comment will be highly appreciated, as I have Bsc(3 year degree) from India and more than 10 years of experience in same line.
Are any other careful points needed at this stage?
Please help ASAP As I am filling on Friday, there’s not much time left, Please help.
P.S: So what are my chances? Is EB3 okay if my lawyer is showing my qualifications equalent to Associates? My understanding was that EB3 is for only Bachlors! Is that true?
