Hi All,

RD October 22, 2001
RFE Generated - October 28, 2002 as per the Online system

Although I do not have the details of the RFE yet, i think it should be for Employment letter, Paystubs etc the GENERAL.
Can someone post the Format of a Employment Letter to be submitted for this RFE in this Stage.

I really appreciate all the Help.

My Wife's Case is still pending. No RFE for her.

why do you think it's for employment letter only! However, here's one format, that I used for filing:

ON A LETTER HEAD OF THE COMPANY:
----------------------------------------------

99/99/9999



INS,
VSC.
.....


Dear Sir/Madam,

This letter is to confirm the employment of Mr/Ms. XXXXXXX with our organization.

Mr/Ms. XXX has been working with us as XXXXXXX since 99/99/9999. His current salary is 999999.99 and is a permanent employee of our organization. Following are his job responsibilities:

1) xxxxxxxxxxx
2) xxxxxxxxxxx
3) xxxxxxxxxxx

We find that the work performed by Mr/Ms XXXXXXX to be of xxxxxx (good/excellent/great, etc) quality and his continued employment with us is of immense importance to our organization.

Should you have any questions/concerns related to his matter, please contact us.

First of all do not worry. Sometimes RFE is generated randomly for quality control purposes and you should be glad that there is a movement in ur case. After sending RFE responses u will be hearing ur approval soon, may be in 2 weeks time.

I know it is always well said than done but u cannot help at this moment. Wait for the actual notice from INS.

There are many previous posting abt employment letter, u might also want to consider that.
