hi my husband filed i30 for me 2 years ago while he was lpr i had overstayed my visa 2 years ago and i130 got approved last year since i was ineligible to adjust status so case sent to nvc 2 months after that they sent me ds 230 but i didnt respond, now that my husband is us citizen he called uscis to upgrade petition from lpr to IR and they told hum that he has to contact nvc because case is not with uscic anymore but in the form nvc sent us last year indicate that if you intend to apply AOS contact uscis
what should i do now?
 
File I-485 with a copy of the I-130 approval and his naturalization certificate (and all the I-485 related forms like I-693, I-765, etc.). The I-485 filing will make them transfer the case back to USCIS.

Don't file I-131, since it would be useless due to your overstay, even if they approve it.

note: i have already sent to nvc copie of approved 130 and citizen certificate
 
You still need to file the I-485 with the I-130 approval and naturalization certificate in order for them to bring the case back to USCIS who will start processing your adjustment of status.

Send the package to the address indicated on the I-485 instructions.
