Hello!
My I-140 was approved (Section Eb3) due to my lawyer's mistake for putting me to Section Eb3 instead of Eb2, November 15th, 2006.
I immediately sent I-485 to TX office, in two weeks i got a reply with a request to prove my status and send it to a local office (VT). My lawyer told me not to send it to local office, because it takes alot of time and its better to switch I-140 Eb3 to Eb2 (because i have Ms and Bs).
Now i dont know which is better to do, and which is faster?
Please help me out i really appreiciate it.
