When I fill out the initial application for the DV lottery I was single, meanwhie I got married. Do I have to send along with the DS230 & DSP122 forms and a marriage certificate?

I and my fiancee we are currently in usa (we are both from greece), I on a tourist visa and him as a student. Is it ok if we send the american marriage certificate? Is this gonna hurt my chances of getting a green card?

In the interview is fine if we have only an american marriage certificate?Or we have to have and a marriage certificate from our country.

Thanks

Your marriage shouldn't hurt anything. You got married here. Why should you have a marriage certificate from your country? The american marriage certificate is what you need.
Send DSP-122 for you, DS-230 for you and for him, and a copy of your marriage cerificate to KCC. You can also call KCC to make sure you're doing everything right.
If you don't mind, when is your I-94 expiring?

Thank you very much for your reply. The I-94 form is the one that my fiancee has as a student, If I am right. Sorry but I have no idea! I will go for consular process because I think is a shorter procedure. We are both from Greece, that's why I asked if we have to have a greek marriage certificate at the interview.

Thank you again

You are here as a tourist. That means you should have an expiration date on your I-94 (white card). However, if you choose to go back and do CP, it wouldn't matter as long as you are in status when leaving this country. And, even in case of CP your american marriage certificate should be enough.
Good luck!

sorry for the misunderstood :o , I have to go back to my country the latest on 11 august, that is another reason why I have chosen the cp.

thank you very much for your reply
