I need help and tips

am from philippines, as you can see my ip address log in your webserver.
I have a friend in the USA, we are both males, we became good old buddies online, we made business and money online 2 months ago, I asked my friend if he can help me get to USA, and he said "YES" and no problem.. but our question now is, how will my friend help me get in USA?, we don't know the steps to do on how he'll help me get to the US?, can someone please give us complete informations or step on how he can get me to US ? I'll appreciate your most welcome response guys.
 
Dear Friend, I am in US. I wanna move back to Phillipines. How is the economy? I am a computer programmer in US. But I have been out of work since last 1 year. Are there plentiful jobs in programming? I would like to settle in Manila. Thank you.
