hello!!!!!!!i Am 20 Years Old. I've Been In The U.s Since I Was 3 Years Old, Both Of My Parents Are Illegal Aliens And So Am I. My Boyfriend Is A U.s. Citizen, We've Been Together For Almost 3 Years & We Are Getting Married Next Week....we Also Have A 1yr Old Son Together.... What Are My Chances Of Becoming A U.s Citizen, Or A Permanent Resident?? Do I Have Any Hopes?
 
You might qualify for a waiver for the requirement that you entered the country legally. However, the best advice is for you to consult a lawyer.
 
IF you entered the country legally, you have a change; but, if you entered illegally, your chances are slim to none.
 
I agree, you need to go back to your country and then let your BF apply for you. You can avoid 10 yr ban if you sneak back without documents.

And again, this is advice I would not touch with a 10 foot pole on a public forum. I realise that you might just be making a point here --- in fact I will assume that. Because I am quite sure you would not be giving the OP illegal advice.
