Two questions, hoping that someone can help me.

1. I have two I -140 filed. One is already approved with Priory day of August 9, 2005. The second one is pending for approval but it will have a priority day of November 2004. Since the visa bulletin for June stated availability for June 1, 2005, I am able to file I-485.
Should I wait a few months to file I485 with the one I already had approval (August 9, 2005) or should I file now and take the risk of denial for the second one?

2. I am in H1B status with visa. I am going to file for I-485, on June 2007. I am planning to travel outside of country on September 2007. Can I re-enter with my HIB visa or do I have to wait for AP.

Why would you think the second one will be denied? I had somewhat similar situation and I was approved for I140 without any problem. Make sure you file 485 as planned and once the second I140 get approved (or u can use PP for second I140), you can request USCIS to use this second I140 for pending 485 if needed to capture old PD .

You can use H1b to enter. I'm not sure you would be able to get AP by the time you travel. But, anyway, sticking to your H1 is better idea until 180 days are passed from the date of 485 filing.
