I made a mistake during FP!

When I got my Finger Printing done on Feb 28, they took the FP Notice. I do not have a copy of it either!

How do I figure, what happened of my FP? Do the details appear when I check the online case status with my I485 LIN Number?

Mine is a NSC case? Any phone no I need to call? I do not have the FP LIN No!!

don't worry

it is normal procedure for them to retain the FP notice, and it does not matter if you don't have a copy. normally, they would give you an acknowledgement showing your FP was done.

the FP notice does not have a LIN of its own: just check the LIN of your i485 on the online or AVM case trackers, and you will get the latest update which will pertain to the FP if that was last thing that happened in your case.

however, don't be dismayed if the online/AVM status does not change for a long, long time, as that is what is happening at NSC.
