I spoke to an IIO 2:30 pm today and she told me
"The systems is not showing any status on your application. It is taking between 360-540 days for processing". Then I asked her , "what does it mean by not showing any status, is my file not moving or
is it with an officer".(I was scared to ask whether my file is missing or not) She told me "I\'m not allowed to say about that...It may be with an officer" and she adviced me to keep calling once in a while and find out the status..

Hy Guys, what does it mean by "not showing any status ..."

My details . EB3, IND, PD 06/96, ND 8/9/99, FP 6/00.

If file is not found, then she would have told you that. I think she is not willing to disclose the details of processing. It most probably is with an officer or just got approved or something close to adjudication. If she tells you that, then you will ask further questions or will start calling everyday to ask when you are expected to receive a letter etc., I have seen people getting similar unclear answers when they are very close to being adjudicated. Don\'t worry. You will get it.
