INS causes such huge miseries & worries that when something good happens you fall in love with INS clerks! It's just like chasing a beautiful girl who ignores you & suddenly, when you have lost all hopes (informed the employer that you can't work legally), says YES.
My (& my wife's) EAD renewal applications have been approved. It took INS just 15 working days to approve it (from RD)!
