I lost my Travel Document(Advance Parole)

Hi ,

I have a GC and left US 15 months ago, I applied of Advanced Parole, but I lost it, I need to come to US next week. Can I come to US without the Travel document, is there any chance of deportation or what will be the worst case?

And you need to be more careful and thoughtful of the consequences of sloppiness.

Looks like you got your GC through a family member and it came easily to you. I doubt if someone who got their GC through employment would be so careless.

So how did you get your GC?

Well, he/she could have lost the re-entry permit for a number of reasons, carelessness is just one of them and we don't know if that is the case.
