Could anyone give me advice?
I am L2 status and applied EAD to USCIS Dallas Lockbox( because I live in New Jersey and category is a18) by Express Mail in Februaly 22.
Although I got a report from US postal service that my document deliverlied in Februaly 23, I have never get "notice apply" from USCIS.
Also, Filling Fee has not be withdrawn yet.
It seems to be too late, isn't it?
I have to begin to work as soon as possible so that I wonder if I will apply EAD in Internet again.
If I apply EAD in Internet without waiting "notice apply" about my earier apply by mail, is my apply illegal, such as duppliciate?
